Windhoek Go Karting hosts around 150 team building events annually and offer professional catering services. Catering from outside may be done at an extra fee,however no drinks from outside are permitted.
INTERESTING FACTS:
We have been in the entertainment industry since 2010. Team building events can be done for 4 - 150 people at a time. With us you can let your hair down and have fun! Yes you can drive a go kart when you are 150kg and 2m tall, and you can squeeze your bum! We will supply you with shoes, helmets and guns. Just bring yourself along. Ladies with short skirts will get discount! By order the owner! We are however very serious about safety and no reckless behavior will be tolerated. Our cars are from Germany and our guns from America however technical issues may slip in. Don't worry, we will make it up to you! We offer professional catering services that needs to be pre booked 4 working days in advance. We have a bar on site that stocks beer, ciders, wine and cool drinks. We only stock strong liquor with exclusive rental bookings or on special arrangement. We have a PA system in place and you can use it at no extra fee and yes we play music ALL the time. It is always best to make a turn at our venue before booking anything, this way we can also advise you to make the best decisions for your group booking.

30 - 100 lap Endurance Team Race

10 - 40 people

Endurance race team
  • This is the perfect teambuilding option.
  • The event starts with an introduction and safety briefing followed by a compulsory practice session of 6 laps per person.
  • Based on this practice we will put ogether the teams (slower and faster drivers together in teams).
  • There will be 5-8 teams with 2-5 drivers in a team and each team will get 1 kart. Team members must come up with a strategy and change drivers in ther pit lane during the course of the race.
  • There will be a compulsory number of driver changes.
  • The winner of the race is the team who completes given amount of laps first; they will celebrate on our podium with champagne or medals!
  • During the race there will be live commentating.
  • Duration of event: 1 - 2.5 hours depending on group size.
  • Premises is shared, team building activities are done alone.

Standard Shoot Out Competition

10 - 150 people

Team competition
  • Perfect for larger groups, between 10 - 150 people.
  • All drivers will drive 14 laps on the track in groups of 8.
  • When everyone is finished we select the 8 fastest drivers for the final 14 laps race.
  • The winner of the final will get champagne or a medal on our podium.
  • Duration of event: 1 - 5 hours depending on group size.
  • Premises is shared, team building activities are done alone.

Mini Shoot Out Competition

10 - 150 people

Teambuilding
  • Perfect for larger groups, between 10 - 150 people.
  • All drivers will drive 7 laps on the track in groups of 8.
  • When everyone is finished we select the 8 fastest drivers for the final 7 laps race.
  • The winner of the final will get champagne or a medal on our podium.
  • Duration of event: 1 - 4 hours depending on group size.
  • Premises is shared, team building activities are done alone.

Laser tag: Shoot Off Challenge

10 - 150 people

Team competition
  • Perfect for group sizes of between 10 - 150 people.
  • We will divide all players into 2 teams, team red and team blue.
  • Groups of 10 people will play at a time - 5 aside. The team with the highest score wins.
  • Our laser tag battlefield consists of a maze of small passages, a dark room and 2 base camps.
  • Different game modes are available eg. Sniper Games, Capture the Flag and Humans vs Zombies
  • The overall highest scorer of the group will be crowned with a medal.
  • Duration 30 minutes - 5 hours depending on group size.
  • Premises is shared, team building activities are done alone.

Go Karting, Laser Tag: Exclusive Rentals

40 - 150 people

Venue rental
  • Exclusive rental must be 3 hours or more.
  • We recommend exclusive rentals to groups of 40 people and more.
  • The premises can acommodate up to 150 people maximum.
  • No other customers will be allowed in for the duration of you booking.
  • Use of all facilities and unlimited for the duration of your booking. All team building events will be coordinated.
  • A special go karting challenge will be coordinated along with a laser tag play off.
  • We can assist with strong liquor on special request.
  • Food and beverages are not included in this price.
  • Table cloths and simple decorations are included.
  • We will also crown the fastest and slowest driver of the day with a tyre trophy and celebrate the highest scorer of laser tag with a medal.
